FlyOver Iceland, located in the vibrant Grandi Harbor District, offers an unforgettable, year-round experience that takes you on a spectacular journey across Iceland. Glide over stunning landscapes of land, sea, and ice, feeling the rush of the arctic winds.

This immersive flight simulation uses cutting-edge technology to make you feel like you're truly soaring through the skies. You’ll be seated with your feet dangling in front of a massive 20-meter spherical screen, where breathtaking footage of Iceland transports you to the heart of its natural beauty. The experience is enhanced with special effects such as wind, mist, and scents, creating a multi-sensory adventure you won’t soon forget.

Before your flight begins, you’ll be welcomed into the world of Iceland with engaging pre-ride experiences. Guided by a storyteller and Sú Vitra, the resident troll, you’ll embark on two unique adventures that delve into the stories, culture, and powerful natural forces that shape this extraordinary country.

The entire FlyOver Iceland experience lasts about 30-35 minutes, but we recommend setting aside at least one hour to fully enjoy your visit.

The iconic FlyOver Iceland building, a landmark in Grandi, houses not only the flight ride and pre-show experiences but also a souvenir shop featuring locally crafted items and photos from the ride. There’s also a cozy café on the ground floor where you can unwind before or after your virtual adventure.
